For educational institutions using QuizGod, you acknowledge that you have the authority to bind your institution to these terms and that your institution agrees to be responsible for all users under your account.

To use QuizGod, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Promptly update any information that changes or becomes inaccurate
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required by your jurisdiction) to create an account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for any reason at our sole discretion.

You agree not to use QuizGod to:

• Create, share, or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or invasive of privacy
• Generate, store, or transmit material that infringes upon any intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other user accounts, or computer networks
• Use the platform for any commercial purposes without prior written consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of QuizGod
• Collect or store personal data about other users without their consent
• Use the platform to create quizzes containing malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

Educators are responsible for ensuring their students comply with these restrictions. We may remove content and terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Our Platform: QuizGod, including its design, features, logo, and all related intellectual property, is owned by QuizGod Inc. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without prior written consent.

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or submit to QuizGod. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, host, store, and display your content to provide and improve our services.

AI-Generated Content: When you use our AI-powered features, you acknowledge that content generated by our AI may not be original and should be reviewed before use in educational settings.

Feedback: If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about QuizGod, you agree that we may use them without obligation or compensation.

QuizGod is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's reliability, accuracy, or availability. Your use of QuizGod is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuizGod Inc. shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform
• Any content created or shared by users through the platform
• Any interruptions, delays, or errors in the platform

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability. In such cases, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will:
